Coaching for the people on your team
One-on-one coaching for staff at small businesses and nonprofits, brought in by the owner or director. The return is more effective, more satisfied people: quiet experts who start speaking up, strong voices that learn to make room, smoother collaboration between the two, and a way of working with AI that amplifies what each person is uniquely good at.
Small teams are my world
I've spent nineteen years in science and small business, always in companies of fewer than fifty people. In a team that size there's no slack: one person who stops contributing, one pair who can't work together, one new manager who was promoted for technical work and never taught to lead, and the whole organization feels it. That's also why coaching pays off so directly here – the person you invest in is someone everyone works with.
Nonprofits fit this work especially well. The people are mission-driven and stretched thin, and the problems they bring to coaching (leading without authority, hard conversations, doing more with less) are the ones coaching handles best.

How it works
You bring me in; your people get private sessions, one-on-one, by video or in person. Each person works on their real situations: the meeting that keeps going sideways, the role they're growing into, the colleague they can't seem to reach.
Sessions are confidential between me and the person I'm coaching. That privacy is what makes the work honest, and honest work is what changes behaviour. What you see as the buyer is the result: people who think more clearly, speak up sooner, and handle friction themselves instead of routing it through you.
The people who benefit most are often the ones who would never book a coach themselves: the quiet expert everyone depends on, the strong personality nobody has ever given straight feedback to, the analyst who has ideas and no comfortable way to be heard.
